Brown Bag “How Do You Test a Vaccine against Zika? Ethical Issues in Research on Emerging Infectious Diseases”

You are cordially invited to our next IMH Brown Bag that will be held on Wednesday, July 13, 2016, 12:00p.m. – 1:00p.m., in 2.268 Primary Care Pavilion (PCP), titled “How Do You Test a Vaccine against Zika? Ethical Issues in Research on Emerging Infectious Diseases”. This month’s Brown Bag will be presented by Alan D.T. Barrett, PhD, Director, Sealy Center for Vaccine Development, and Scott C. Weaver, MS, PhD, Director, Institute for Human Infections and Immunity (Flyer Attached).

 The PCP is located at 400 Harborside Drive, Galveston.  Enter through the glass doors at Entrance A.  Immediately as you enter you will see an elevator on your right. Take the elevator up to the second floor.  Directly across from the elevator you will see a door labeled “Family Medicine.”  Enter through that door and walk about half way down that long hallway.  You will find room 2.268 on the left side of the hallway.  Door numbers are at the top of the doors.

 A sign-in sheet will be provided.  All attendees are asked to sign-in.  Please let me know if you have any questions.  We hope to see you there!
