"The Stranger's Disease" Experiencing Yellow Fever in Galveston, 1837-1897

IMH graduate students Yekki Song and Carole Anhalt and Dr. Heather Wooten have curated an exhibit “The ‘Stranger’s Disease’ Experiencing Yellow Fever in Galveston, 1837-1897” at The Bryan Museum in Galveston.   This is alongside the museum’s exhibit “Forgotten Gateway: Coming to America Through Galveston Island.”   Both exhibits will remain on display at the Bryan Museum from February 2 to April 24, 2017.
